Who we are and how to reach us

What we collect

When you order: name, email address, phone number, delivery address (street, city, floor, apartment, postal code) and the order details.

When you request an appointment or contact us: name, phone, email if given, preferred time and the content of your message.

When you join the mailing list: your phone number, together with a record of your consent — when it was given, the exact wording you were shown and the IP address it came from.

Limited technical data: your IP address, used for security and rate limiting to prevent abuse.

So that the note about ordering is shown to each visitor only once, we keep a one-way hash of your IP address. The address itself cannot be recovered from it, and it is used for nothing else.

Browsing data on this site: the pages and products you view, adding to cart, starting checkout and completing a purchase, along with cookie identifiers and information about your browser and device. This is collected through the Meta Pixel and the Google Ads tag (see below).

Card details are never collected or stored by us — they go directly to the payment provider on its own secure page.

How we use it

To process your order, ship it and keep you updated (operational messages go to every customer who ordered).

To answer enquiries and arrange appointments.

To send marketing messages by SMS — only to people who explicitly opted in beforehand.

To meet legal obligations, including bookkeeping and reporting duties.

To secure the site and prevent fraud and abuse.

To measure how well our advertising on Facebook, Instagram and Google works, and to show relevant ads to people who have visited the site.

Who receives it

Cardcom, our payment processor — to take and verify the payment.

ActiveTrail — to deliver SMS messages to you.

The suppliers the item is ordered from — your name, phone and delivery address, solely to ship the item to you.

Our infrastructure providers: Vercel (site and media hosting) and Neon (database hosting).

Competent authorities, where required by law or court order.

Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram) — the browsing data described above, to measure our advertising and show ads. Meta also processes this data under its own privacy policy.

Google (Google Ads) — the browsing data described above, including enquiries, WhatsApp contacts and purchases, to measure our advertising and show ads. Google also processes this data under its own privacy policy.

We do not sell or rent your details. Apart from the browsing data sent to Meta and Google as described above, we do not share them with third parties for advertising.

Transfers outside Israel

Some of the services above operate outside Israel, including suppliers based in China and infrastructure providers, Meta and Google in the United States and Europe. Placing an order requires your delivery details to be passed to the relevant supplier so it can be shipped.

Marketing messages and opting out

Marketing messages are sent only to people who explicitly opted in beforehand, as required by section 30A of the Israeli Communications Law.

Every marketing message is labelled as an advertisement, identifies the sender, and carries a link that removes you from the list immediately. Opting out is free and unconditional.

Opting out does not stop operational messages about an existing order (confirmation, shipping and so on).

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for 7 years, as required for bookkeeping and reporting. After that the identifying details are erased from the order and only the financial record remains.

Mailing-list records are kept for up to 18 months, or until you opt out — whichever comes first.

A deletion request is acted on immediately: identifying details are erased, except where the law requires us to keep them.

Security

The site runs over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to the admin area is limited to authorised accounts.

Payment details are never stored in our systems.

Your rights

You may review the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, incomplete or inaccurate, and ask us to delete it.

Cookies and local storage

We use operational cookies: your interface language, display mode, and the store owner's admin sign-in.

Your cart, wishlist, accessibility preferences and whether you have already seen the note about ordering are stored in your own browser (localStorage) and are never sent to us.

The site also runs the Meta Pixel, which stores cookies in your browser and reports actions on the site to Meta (viewing pages and products, adding to cart and purchasing), so we can measure our advertising and show ads to people who have visited. The Google Ads tag works the same way, reporting page views, enquiries, WhatsApp contacts and purchases to Google.

To know how many people visit and which pages they read, the site counts visits itself and through Vercel Web Analytics. Neither uses cookies or stores your IP address: they record the page, the site you came from, your type of device and your country, and tell visitors apart only within the same day. The site's own count is deleted after 13 months. Beyond these the site runs no other analytics or advertising pixels.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and control the ads you see through the ad preferences in your Meta or Google account. Blocking cookies does not stop you from buying on the site.

Use of AI

Product images and marketing copy on this site may be generated or edited with AI tools, based on supplier material.

Customer personal data is never sent to those tools and is not used to train them.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies.
