Terms of Sale

Welcome to Zohar Alfandary. These terms explain how ordering works, what happens after you order and what your rights are. Placing an order means you accept them.

1. Who we are

1.1. This site and store are operated by Daniel Yetzirot Ltd. (דניאל יצירות בע"מ), company no. 512756768, 7 Abba Hillel Road, Ramat Gan, Israel ("the Company"), under the Zohar Alfandary brand.

1.2. Contact: zoharalfandaryjewels@gmail.com · WhatsApp 972507780186.

1.3. Orders may be placed by anyone aged 18 or over, or with a parent's or guardian's consent.

2. Every piece is made for you

2.1. We keep no ready-made stock. Every piece is made for its buyer after the order, in the metal, stones, carat weight and size chosen.

2.2. Photographs show the design. The finished piece may differ slightly in tone and appearance, because it is made by hand and no two stones are alike.

3. Stones and certificates

3.1. All our diamonds are lab-grown. The stone's grades are stated on each piece's page and in its options, and appear in your order details.

3.2. A lab-grown diamond is chemically and physically a diamond, grown in a laboratory rather than mined. It costs considerably less than a natural diamond of the same grades.

3.3. Where a stone carries a gemological laboratory certificate (such as IGI), it is available on your order page once payment is made.

4. Prices

4.1. Prices are in Israeli shekels and include VAT. Delivery is shown separately before you pay.

4.2. Prices follow the metal markets and may change from time to time. The price that binds is the one shown when you ordered and paid.

4.3. If a price is obviously wrong, the Company may cancel the order and refund it in full.

4.4. The studio's price estimate for a custom design is not binding. Custom designs are priced in a separate quote.

5. Ordering and payment

5.1. Payment is taken on the secure payment page of a licensed card processor. Card details are entered there only and never stored by us.

5.2. An order is confirmed once the card issuer approves the payment. A payment that is not approved is not charged.

5.3. A receipt or invoice is emailed to the address given with the order.

5.4. The Company may refuse or cancel an order where fraud is suspected, and will refund anything paid.

6. Making and delivery

6.1. A piece usually takes up to 30 days to make from payment. We let you know as your order moves from stage to stage.

6.2. If a significant delay beyond that is expected, we will tell you in advance, and you may cancel for a full refund.

6.3. Delivery options and their prices are shown at checkout: hand delivery to your door by us, or collection at the Diamond Exchange (7 Abba Hillel Road, Ramat Gan, Israel), both by appointment.

6.4. The Company is responsible for the piece until it is handed to you.

6.5. Please make sure your delivery details are complete and correct.

7. Cancelling an order

7.1. Israeli consumer protection law excludes goods made specifically for the consumer from the right to cancel a distance sale. Because every piece is made for you, the 14-day cancellation right does not apply to orders placed here.

7.2. You may nonetheless cancel an order until production begins. Your payment is then refunded less a cancellation fee of 5% of the price or ₪100, whichever is lower.

7.3. Once production has begun an order cannot be cancelled, except for a defect or a piece that does not match the order (section 8).

7.4. Cancellation may be requested through the contact details in section 1, or by post to the Company's address.

7.5. Refunds are made to the payment method used, within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice.

8. Defects and mismatches

8.1. If your piece is defective, or differs from what you ordered (metal, stone, carat weight or size), contact us using the details in section 1.

8.2. Once we have examined it we will repair it, remake it, or cancel the sale and refund the full amount including delivery, with no cancellation fee.

9. Warranty

9.1. Workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from delivery: a stone that works loose because of a faulty setting, a failed solder joint or clasp, and flaws in the cast metal. A piece found defective on inspection is repaired or remade free of charge.

9.2. The stone and the metal are guaranteed for life: the diamond is as stated in your order and its certificate (lab-grown, with the grades given), and the gold is the karat sold.

9.3. The warranty does not cover: normal wear, such as scratches and prongs thinning over the years; a stone lost or a piece bent by a knock or pressure; damage from chemicals, including chlorine and cleaning products; wear of the rhodium plating on white gold, which is natural and can be renewed for a fee; loss or theft; or a piece repaired, resized or altered by anyone else.

9.4. To make a claim, contact us with your order number using the details in section 1. You may bring the piece to the studio by appointment or send it by insured delivery. Once we have examined it we will tell you whether it will be repaired or remade.

9.5. This warranty adds to your rights under the law and does not limit them.

10. Account and marketing

10.1. You may sign in with Google to see your orders and documents. Signing in is not required to order.

10.2. Marketing SMS messages go only to people who have explicitly agreed to receive them, and each includes a link to opt out.

11. Privacy, accessibility and intellectual property

11.1. How we use your personal data is set out in the privacy policy, and how the site is made accessible in the accessibility statement. Both are linked from the foot of the home page.

11.2. The designs, photographs and content on this site belong to the Company and may not be copied without written permission.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Israeli law, and the competent courts in Israel have jurisdiction.
